• 2 oz. Gibson’s Finest® Rare • ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice WINTER SOUR
• ¾ oz. simple syrup • 1 oz. cranberry juice • 2-3 dashes of cranberry bitters (optional) • Rosemary sprig
Mix all ingredients into shaker and shake dry. Add ice and shake again hard. Strain into rocks glass. For those feeling industrious, add egg whites into the shaker with the rest of the ingredients for a thick foam. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
