1 In a medium saucepan, cook sago pearls in water according to package directions. Drain, then place warm in a medium bowl with coconut milk, stirring well to separate pearls. Set aside and let cool to room temperature. Coconut sago can be made up to this point and stored in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 days. Before serving, warm gently over low heat to bring to room temperature. 2 In a small bowl or glass measuring jug, stir condensed milk and evaporated milk.
