In a large container, stir all ingredients. Refrigerate to chill for 3 to 5 hours. When ready to serve, transfer to a punch bowl with cubed ice and garnish with whole small apples. For each serving, ladle 4 oz (120 ml) over ice in an old-fashioned glass and garnish with an apple slice. Serves 10 (each 4 oz/120 ml)
