Peachy Fall Vodka Margarita This autumn-inspired margarita combines vodka with sweet BC peach jam for a cocktail bursting with orchard fruit flavour. Bright lime juice and orange liqueur keep the drink balanced, while a Tajín rim adds a touch of spice.
With lime wedge, moisten rim of a short glass. Roll moistened rim in Tajín, then fill glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, triple sec, lime juice, agave and peach jam. Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Fine strain into prepared glass. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and serve.
